Policies
At Dreamland Nannies, the safety, trust, and satisfaction of our families and nannies are our top priorities. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, we maintain the following policies:​

Theme Park Reservations:
Dreamland Nannies cannot guarantee park entry due to reservation limitations. If a nanny cannot secure entry, a full deposit refund will be issued. Hotel care remains available. Dreamland Nannies is not affiliated with Disney.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 30+ days before booking will receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. No refunds are issued after the balance has been paid.

Scheduling:
Clients are responsible for payment of the full booking duration, regardless of late arrival or early return. Services extending 15+ minutes into the next hour will be billed for a full additional hour.

Health Policy:
At Dreamland Nannies, we prioritize health just as highly as safety. If your child shows any symptoms of illness, you must cancel your booking prior to the nanny's arrival. Dreamland Nannies reserves the right to immediately terminate a service if a child appears ill or contagious, in the nanny’s reasonable discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Remaining Balance:
A 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your first scheduled date. Bookings within 2 weeks of service require full upfront payment. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

Extra time & Holiday Bookings:
To secure extra time, email requests in advance. Holiday bookings are subject to availability and a $15/hour surcharge. Recognized holidays include: New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas Eve/Day.

Operating Hours:
Services are available 24/7. A $10 per hour surcharge applies for bookings between 12am and 8am.

Parking:
Clients are responsible for reimbursing all reasonable and documented parking expenses incurred by the nanny. Payment requests will be submitted via Zelle, Venmo, or other agreed methods. Failure to reimburse within 48 hours may result in cancellation of future bookings.

Tipping your Nanny:
Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Cash is preferred. Clients may also ask for a nanny's personal Venmo.

Hurricane Policy:
If a hurricane warning or tropical storm is issued in our service area, we may cancel all scheduled services to ensure the safety of both our nannies and the families we serve. Should this occur, any prepaid bookings will be rescheduled at no additional cost or credited to your account for future use.
