Are your Nannie’s background checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All of our amazing nannies are thoroughly background checked and have their references verified by non-family members. They are also CPR/First aid certified!

Is there a cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Cancellations made 30 days or more before your booking will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, the full payment is non-refundable.

Your nanny will reach out via text 24 hours before your scheduled start time!

Do families need to pay for their nanny’s park admission?

Accepted Answer

For Disney and Universal, all of our nannies have annual passes—so you only pay for the service! For other Orlando-area theme parks, a ticket must be provided for the nanny.

Can my nanny take my children swimming?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just let Miss Megan know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements to meet your needs.

Can I tip my nanny?

Absolutely! If you’re happy with your nanny’s service, tips are always appreciated—but not required.

What are your hours of operations?

Dreamland Nannies is available 24/7! Please note that a $15 surcharge applies for services between 12am and 8am.

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer early morning care for runDisney race days. Whether you need care at your resort before the race or support during the event, we’re happy to help. Advance booking is highly recommended, as these mornings fill quickly.

Does Dreamland Nannies offer services on holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Holiday bookings are available by request only. Please note there is a $15/hour holiday surcharge for services scheduled on federal holidays.
These include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Can my nanny join us at a special ticketed event?

Yes! If you’d like your nanny to accompany you to a ticketed event—such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, or any other special event—please note that a ticket must be provided for your nanny to attend with your family.

Absolutely! Our nannies are trained and experienced in working with children with special needs and are committed to providing patient, attentive, and individualized care. We work closely with families prior to each service to understand your child’s unique routines, communication style, preferences, and sensory needs; ensuring a safe, supportive, and truly magical experience at the parks or your resort.
