Yes! Cancellations made 30 days or more before your booking will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, the full payment is non-refundable.

Your nanny will reach out via text 24 hours before your scheduled start time!

For Disney and Universal, all of our nannies have annual passes—so you only pay for the service! For other Orlando-area theme parks, a ticket must be provided for the nanny.

Absolutely! If you’re happy with your nanny’s service, tips are always appreciated—but not required.

Dreamland Nannies is available 24/7! Please note that a $10 surcharge applies for services between 12am and 8am.

Yes! Holiday bookings are available by request only. Please note there is a $15/hour holiday surcharge for services scheduled on federal holidays.

These include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Yes! If you’d like your nanny to accompany you to a ticketed event—such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, or any other special event—please note that a ticket must be provided for your nanny to attend with your family.
